The Center for Arab Eurasian Studies (CAES) is an independent, non-partisan, research institution specialized in Eurasia affairs. It refers to Russia and the “republics of the former Soviet Union”, and to the neighboring countries (China, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India) and their relations with the United States and the European Union.

The center seeks to publish researches on Eurasia to be a trustworthy source for decision-makers, journalists, researchers, and those who are interested in getting acquainted with this significant region, and probing the mutual influence factors with the Middle East region for a better understanding of what is going on in the world at a crucial and pivotal moment, in which the world system is being reformed, while highlighting – at the same time – the foreign policy options that the Arab world is facing. The Center also aims to build a bridge of communication between Arabs and Eurasia to create a mutual understanding of political, economic, social, cultural, and historical issues.

The Center for Arab-Eurasian Studies (CAES) is interested in geopolitics studies to attain a deep understanding of the influence of geography on politics, and to study the new “conservative” political currents that are witnessing a great rise in this region, as well as to provide diverse content for all opinions and viewpoints related to the region referred to, without adopting a specific point of view, or a particular political ideology, or promoting a specific side, hoping to provide sources that enable who interested an understanding based on realistic principles.

At the same time, the Center for Arab-Eurasian Studies (CAES) pays special attention to social, cultural, and historical studies, as well as the religious and ethnic composition and the related issues in the countries of Eurasia, and its effect on their policies and peoples’ relations with each other, and the ties they have with their neighboring countries, and the Arab world.

In this regards, the Center maintains wide-ranging relations with many thinkers, politicians, and senior government officials in the Eurasian countries, to understand and present their views and analyze the political decision-making mechanism and its motives.

Likewise, the Center for Arab-Eurasian Studies (CAES) publishes the magazine “Arab-Eurasian Affairs” every three months, among its various other publications. Copies are available on the website for free, to provide comprehensive content for the analysis of events of the Eurasia region and its relations with the world through the writings of a distinguished elite of thought and political leaders, who write exclusive articles and the Center translates and publishes them, to be in, the hands of decision-makers and interested an analytical material that keep up with periodic events.
